Our guided rides are the perfect opportunity for you to experience yourself the wonderful traffic-free routes that take you into the heart of the valleys.

Both rides are suitable for people of all ages and abilities and you'll be accompanied by friendly and professional Sustrans' guides at all times.

From Pontypridd
Meet us at 11.00am at Ynysangharad Park, Pontypridd
We will be setting of at 11.30am
We will be cycling for approximately 1.5 hrs (at a very gentle pace)

From Cardiff
Meet us at 10.00am at the Summerhouse Kiosk in Bute Park (next to the Millennium Bridge)
We will be setting off at 10.30am
We will be cycling for approximately 2hrs (at a very gentle pace)
